Central Highland Builders, a local Kitsap development and building company, has acquired Poulsbo Place Phase II. The development team we have formed includes: Larry Skinner of John L. Scott Real Estate; Charles Wenzlau, architect; MAP Ltd., civil engineers and Adam and Goldsworthy, land surveyors, all local companies.

Our vision for Poulsbo Place Phase II is a community of 140 homes in the craftsman style that will blend well with the first phase of Poulsbo Place. Ten of the home that face Jensen will be “live-work units” with commercial space opening to Jensen. Over 35% of the homes will have the master bedroom on the first floor. Many of the home will have water and/or Olympic Mountain views. All of the homes will have a minimum of two parking spaces that are not tandem or on-street parking spaces. Over 75% have two car garages, with the remainder having a one car garage with an additional parking space. One acre of the project is reserved for future commercial development. Phase II will have the best views and “closest location” to historic downtown Poulsbo with easy walking to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, stores, parks, marinas and the post office.
